毎日空いた時間に日記は書いていますが、アップロードする環境がないので、 まとめアップになりがち。モバイル環境を充実させたいなぁ。 昨日は池袋の利休へ。 http://r.gnavi.co.jp/e159701/ 厚切り牛タンはとても美味しい。 長いこと行ってないけど、北京の牛タンも美味しいよね。 久々に行きたいなぁ。JACKY BOYどうですか？ 本日。朝起きると腰がイタイ。首がイタイ。 軽くヘルニアの気があるのか、定期的に痛みがあるのがどうにも厳しい。 この年からこんなことではマズいだろうということで途中会社を抜けて病院へ。 「椎間板が少し薄いですが、特に異常はありません」 「それより骨を支える背筋、腹筋がきっと弱いのが問題です」 「無理の無い範囲で運動をして下さい」 今日から腹筋を毎日の日課とし、来年の今頃にはカチカチになっている ことをここに宣言いたします（ちょっとショックだったので） バーチャは今週はちょっと無理そう。
